Arriving by car, the valet staff is disorganized, especially not noticing arrivals because local tour operators' buses are parked in front, waiting for late guests.

It's supposed to be a resort, i was surprised with the swimming pool limitation as there's only one big swimming pool for all residents along with a smaller swimming pool for adults only on the third floor.
