THE location right at the heart of JBR the hotel is clean the pool is clean too with a wonderful child pool it is a beachfront property thank you for recognising my wifes birthday and seeing the staff sing her a happy birthday song touched our hearts

The beach was terrible and clearly not maintained properly in addition its public don’t believe them when they say private all labours cross the beach , The swimming pool was dirty and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

Nice location with beautiful pool ,but the stuff not helpful at all ,toilets closed couldn't shower after pool and access pool fees very high comparing to facilities, no free spa 🤒

The overall stay was amazing except a little bit annoying due to the noise from the night club so if you don't like those sounds consider take rooma of the other side of the hotel

The hotel is dirty, rooms are terrible too, you can not feel comfortable, because even sheets feel unwashed, costumer service in the restaurant is terrible, even tho we paid for half board we were charged for coffees during breakfast that is not a five star hotel experience.
