It is so rude to call your customer early in the morning , to wake them up and ask for the check out time ( while the official check out time is 12 noon).

The only downside is that they do not offer buffet breakfast and despite of 3 of us, 2 adults and a 6 years old son, the hotel did not provide breakfast for the little one.

Firstly the communication, prior to our stay we were told about on going road works outside the hotel which could cause minor disruption, this was a great little touch as it allowed us to let our driver know in advance.
