The staff is terrible and the hotel puts on fireworks almost every day, our child starts to get scared and scream, I do not recommend staying at this hotel or near the hotel, because there are parties and noisy parties almost every day

Our dining experience for dinner was a complete shambles every time, eg meals would be incorrect, desserts would come before meals, they tried billing us when we had an inclusive deal.

We went to spend our honeymoon there, and upon arriving at reception, the woman told us we didn't have the deluxe suite we were entitled to, but rather a room with separate single beds and a garden view.
