There were not enough sun beds around the pool and they were often 'reserved' by people leaving their towels on them early in the morning - although this is not the fault of the hotel they did nothing to discourage the practice.

the best thing of beleza is its staff..they are soo cooperative always helpful always happy always humble moreover property is very well maintained they have 3 restaurants which r pretty gud and the private beach access is also awesome....love beleza

Food is above the par every dish tastes yummy and excellent we visited all restaurants i.e juju, nazare and poolside and every one had unique dishes and by far excellent taste.

The service is great, bathrooms had shatafas, beds were super comfy, AC works, everything is clean, they give you towels for the beach, the private pool is nice.

The website clearly mentioned on-site airport transfer at ₹1300, yet I was charged ₹1600 at the property with the excuse that “the website price is not updated.” Surprisingly, the same pattern continued at the restaurant as well.

Mattress was in a bad shape so couldn't sleep two nights neither giy support from the hotel to resolve the problem.This problem is specific to one loft room no 521 ideally shouldn't be sold as double occupancy.
