Very bad management, rude staff with slow service, not hygienic the plates had bad smell and even the rooms not clean, bedsheets were dirty, and not under pest control.

The resort is very beautiful with natural environment very good place to enjoy with friends the restaurant food is very much delicious and service given by Purnima, Sam and Princely is very commendable.

Also the buffet menu and preperation for dinner needs to be improved, it was not upto the mark, though the staff in the restaurant was quite good and welcoming.
