The desk workers were friendly, my room/the bathroom were clean and had space to organize belongings, and the view of the courtyard was lovely with parrots and fruit trees - seemingly like an old palace.

But sorry to say, the biggest problem was that until midnight, the young guests were yelling, screaming, and laughing at high volume, constantly slamming doors in the hallway, not letting anyone rest.

good location, I was supposed to be in dormitory with all female, but when I went to the room there was only 3 beds already occupied, the young boy at the front desk was very nice and he contact his boss, and they made me stay in a big private room by myself.

The sheets had hairs on them and my locker in the dorm was broken so I was not able to lock it despite explaining to the staff that I had been robbed before coming to the hostel so I was worried about leaving my stuff.
