Friendly staff, perfect location (walking distance to Colloseum), private parking, very peaceful and quite part of Rome, clean rooms but the bed was a little stiff, good and fresh breakfast; overall a good stay and would recommend if you plan a city trip to historical center.

All in all, is some minor issues that comes with the age of the hotel building, just need some repair and replacement will make it a 10.

I was instructed to open window when I need to shut the AC, there was no choice, either very hot or freezing cold, although they insist that the controller is working it was not.

The triple room on the ground floor had a musty smell, and the noise of passing cars made it difficult to fall asleep.

I had the triple room: although it is big and nice, it quite dark as it's on the ground floor, the air conditioning was making a lot of noise, there are stains of humidity on the roof and since it's next to the breakfast room it quite noisy in the morning.
