While the room could benefit from a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness—such as some spots on the walls and the air vents—the staff were very professional and courteous throughout our visit.

Hotel looked nice, main problem was they had overbooked and moved meto their sister hotel which is not as nice and in a very poor location.
