There was not actual winter blankets, it was just thin home blankets with one layer of sheet which is not actually a convert of blanket, I don’t know how to explain but it was not bed blankets it was just a cloth for coach.

I was surprised to return and find that the card had somehow been reversed to “Do Not Disturb.” When I raised the issue with the staff, she mentioned that she would check the CCTV, but I did not receive any follow-up afterwards.
