The service from every single hotel employee was exemplary and the location is a convenient walk to many sites including the Spanish steps, the pantheon and even Vatican City is within walking distance.

The only thing we didn't like was the service during breakfast, I hope that improves because they took a long time, they forgot, and the treatment of the staff was very cold.

I had a tiring trip, and spent my last night with them, they took such good care of me and thought of every detail such as booking a taxi for me and making sure I could plan appropriately to utilize their complimentary breakfast (which was amazing!!).

Then after about 30 minutes, during which the alarm prevented sleep, another human voice asked everyone to assemble in the lounge on the ground floor, which we did.

It is very old hotel that need some renovation especially bathrooms and even beds you can maintain the history while doing some renovation keycards instead of keys
