The location is a bit far from the heart of Trastevere and a bit far from the Rome city center, but it is on a quiet street so no vehicle noise.

Every time we returned from sightseeing, we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to reception to give us the key, and they were very reluctant and sometimes even rude.

I liked it a lot; they have a beautiful rooftop terrace, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's in Trastevere, which is very central.

The hotel has a great location but the air conditioning is non-existent, we have complained numerous times, they state it has been reset one minute, then they will be up shortly never to be seen.
