Almost impossible to gain entry the only way was to press every buzzer, in the hope the front door would be released.The only window in the room was small and so high up the wall you needed to be be at least 8feet tall to look out…….so no view.

The sofa bed is not comfortable for a week, I ended up with back pain, I suggest changing the two beds in the bedroom for a double bed and improving the sofa bed.

The only noise issue was some nighttime roadwork outside the Colosseum, but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault.

The pictures in booking are edited because the walls are dirty and there are spots where the painting on the walls is falling of as you can see in the pictures.

The bathroom; toalett buton is stuck, the water coming very slow, the silicone and grout are worn out and somewhere black.

On arrival we had been given a 6 bed apartment with some doors that were locked (including the one with the washing machine in it).

The rain shower was disgraceful, I had to clean all the black mould off of it so it flowed out better, not a job I should have done.

The shower is not that clean, there was mold, the sponges for washing dishes in the kitchen are old, used many times, there are no rags for cleaning.
