The rooms were ‘clean’, but the floors in the rooms were not cleaned, we found an extra tooth pick one day one our return on the floor that we had not used, so there is an improvement to make there.

Spent Christmas in Rome from December 24th to 26th, the rooms are very beautiful, modern and very clean, the location is more than excellent and the staff are very kind, friendly and very professional, excellent discovery, we will definitely try it again👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

The breakfast room was in the basement and did smell damp and musty however breakfast was nice with a good selection and the staff member was very friendly and helpful.
