The ashtrays at the smoking area don’t get cleaned at all so some are overfilled with cigarette butts.

They have the worst central air-conditioner I've seen in a hotel in Bangkok, also some of their reception staff are very unfriendly and outright rude.

The property is large but it is outdated, I stayed in the suite and it was disappointing, very poor lighting options, very uncomfortable sofa made of fake leather, cold tile floor and the decor looks older and cheaper than the pictures.
