Room was good however there was a strong smoke smell inside especially in the bath room additionally receptionist staff were rude with no basic mannerism , for instance if u request a coffee without response disconnects the call, no warm gesture projected attitude which was not pleasant.

The hotel is unclean, smells bad, food is left on the floor near the elevator exit, and the parking is terrible; they've turned it into a hotel storage area, not a parking lot.

If u like partying then this is definitely the hotel for u as they have multiple nightclubs, however if u are not a fan then the non stop music throughout the night is an issue.

Few things must be considered, loud music not only from clubs but rooms as well plus receptionists are very rude they just answer you in 2 words and finish the conversation.

We made repeated requests during our stay, but nothing was ever followed up or resolved.

We are family of four so got 2 rooms, one suite and an adjoining one on 4th floor, the Air-conditioning of bedroom in suite wasn't functioning and also the water in shower of both rooms only gave hot water, even after numerous reports to housekeeping and reception they didn't bother a bit.

The next day, the manager offered to upgrade me to an executive room, but instead they sent me to a room with two single beds, and the noise was even worse — the nightclub was directly above me!
