We stayed seven days at this hotel, our room was very clean no bad smells, beds, sheets perfect ,breakfast in opinion was acceptable, gym pool excellent,shuttle to Dubai mall and beach,staffs very friendly and polite specially miss Maina,chef Dinesh restaurant manager Mr Raiz and all other staffs…

Had a wonder full time and the experience was too good, except for the crowded breakfast in a banquet hall with white table cloth and walking all the way to the other end even to get a refill of water / juice could have placed the food counter in the middle of the banquet hall

This is the first time I've seen a hotel where I booked and paid in advance, only to be asked to pay a non-refundable security deposit upon arrival to print the check, claiming that the travel agency hadn't transferred my booking amount to them.

The room smoke alarm kept going off at least 3 to 4 times a day and was told I had been smoking in the room, it turned out the alarm was faulty after 4 days.
