Although some areas and furniture feel a little dated, as they say, “old is gold.” The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, but unfortunately, the positive impression was seriously affected by the housekeeping and service standards.

We promised to be upgraded and booked in this hotel and then we didn't get any support on this also, they didn't respect our concern at all.

The rooms smell damp, they put 2 bottles of water for the whole family, the upper shower doesn't work, the plumbing is all dirty, the balcony is dirty.
