The rooms are super dirty, towels are dirty, they don’t have valet parking anymore, i came at night wanted to (self park) my car as they don’t anymore have the valet service, the security told me the parking is full, you can park anywhere else, i literally parked in a paid parking !!

I just had a stay in this hotel my stay is so great specially thanks to front office agent Krishna Jane and Syed and from the restaurant Jimuel breakfast is amazing i will recommend to stay and I’m coming back again to stay thank you for your service 🫰🏻

Terrible experience, never coming back, lobby desk staff are clueless, manager is worse and their entire IT system is from the two decades ago.

The only drawback is that it's a little far from the city center, but the room is 5 minutes from the metro, and once you find out where it is, it's very easy to get there.
