The negative point, I think, is the location, because despite being very close to the center of the Burj, to get to the hotel you have to make a very far access route to be able to access the hotel, which made me spend quite uber.

The hotel is excellent but VIP REWARDS members must be very careful because the hotel tries to avoid their 15% discount at the BAI restaurant/bar under many unjustified reasons, which is a very big negative point and greatly diminishes the pleasure of staying there.

Unfortunately, there were 2 problems during my stay, therefore only the average rating: In the shower from my room there was no hot water (only cold water) and one of the lights in the bedroom flickered - the latter could be solved after about 30 minutes.
