I recently spent a few days at this hotel apartment, and i had a wonderful experience All of the staff members were kind,professional and experienced.

Fortunally the manage solved most of my requests and speak politley while other staff in reception is rude specially Mehran who said what can i do i made a request in the system.

It a nice quiet and ambient environment with a good value for money and low noise level with amenities replaced when needed and have a good cleaning service system with the help of Mr.Arman with the hotel being situated in a nice area.

I was happy with my stay here but the only reason I’ll give it a 4 star is due to a rather unpleasant issue I had where housekeeping does not leave clean dishes in the apartment which it definitely should be done hopefully next time I come this is fixed and I can update the star

I reserved an apartment for 25 days .the water pressure is extremely low .its hard even to take a shower.i reported the issue to front desk but no result.its very dissapointing

Accor Hotel Chain 7/10 (7 - because it's time to renovate the rooms - as we were in 2019 - it is, problems with plumbing - especially by the pool of apartments).
