One person stood out and that was Hinn from the Moss Tees Pain Asian Restaurant who was exceptional in customer service, the meal was 100% 5 star

Although we were there for less than 24 days (booked for two nights to accommodate our landing at 3 AM and taking off at 11 PM), we were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the room was, and the view was.

Our room was Burj Khalifa view but our windows were not clean from outside and visibility was not great to experience the view feom the room.

The duty manager at the front desk was also dismissive when I raised my concerns and the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable rather than listened to.

The housekeeping service opened my room door twice without permission and without knocking, even though I had already complained to the housekeeping manager after the first incident, yet it happened again.
