Despite repeatedly sharing feedback and concerns, the outcome never changes — only a minimal upgrade is offered, while Deluxe Suites and Signature Suites are never seriously considered.

There was an agreement with ricipetion when I arrived to provide me with large room with Burj view and unfortunately after three hours waiting I get small room while I have child and the room was very small for three persons and the room lighting was very poor and the bed was not comfortable
