I was very well welcomed, the team is really attentive, they are always at your disposal, always smiling and kind, the breakfast is really good, the place is really well located, we are close to everything, it is really the best, I highly recommend it.

They didn't say hello, apparently as a matter of principle, and only partially processed each request (some nights parking wasn't validated, 2 out of 3 rooms were extended, etc.) and took an incredibly long time, talking amongst themselves...

The room was spacious, with a living area with a TV and two sofas, a very comfortable bed, a small wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub (the toilet was separate).

Central location, able to walk to several sites (including a dinner cruise on the Seine), room and hotel was well-kept, space to spread out in the room, bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely responsive and generous with their help and information before and during our stay

Very friendly and attentive staff, room very nice, the only thing that bothers is the dirty and stained carpet, bathroom very functional and modern, very quiet, you notice something of the renovation work but that did not bother us, we had not booked breakfast as we preferred to get something…

They had Construction starting what we believe was before 8 AM loud drilling, and an obnoxious banging that woke us up both mornings and lasted throughout the day I have videos of the noise

The hotel is in renovation phase and with a poor lobby , the hotel was expensive for the standard received from the lobby to the smelly rooms corridors and as well the rooms itself is outdated .
