The hotel is very well located, close to the main boulevards yet on a quiet street, in a beautiful building with a special mention for the breakfast room, comfortable rooms, and an efficient and very welcoming staff.

However, there was a lack of attention to detail, such as dangling curtains, hot water stuck at a temperature that was too low for me, and especially plastic mattress protectors that made the otherwise excellent bedding uncomfortable.

However, they requested a credit card as a guarantee and during my stay debited the amount of the same from the credit card, which resulted in an increase of R$ 1,400,00 in the final amount, which would not occur if I had paid with the Wise card, which already had the correct amount already planned…
