This situation was handled poorly, the second I said "this was never mentioned" and "would i be able to pay this in the morning since I get paid tonight?" I was spoken down on, as if I was some low life.

Bedsheets had hair inside, the room was damp - the carpets were wet near the bathroom, the walls were bubbling from the dampness and the bathroom was not clean at all.

I'm leaving a bad review because for two consecutive years that I've been using Kerastase, we haven't been able to go up to the terrace, as it's a service the hotel provides but doesn't offer.
