Very expensive for the offering, staff were not great with some being simply rude & with no Gym on site (you need to use Hyatt - when the gate is open).

I mentioned I had allergies, but they didn't give me allergy-friendly food, and unlike in Korea where they prepare things in advance, it took a long time (over an hour) even after I mentioned it.
