Dirty and bad service, food is bland and the beach walk so dark at night, tv screen went blank n they took forever to fix, staff pretend to not hear you to not serve

Not worth the cost , very long distances to walk , no buggies, cafes but no restaurants , foyer very grey & drab, room nice but not big enough for the cost & very small TV , location good & used outside restaurants

The hotel doesn't want to hear anything, the stay is more than 3 months away, I am already dreading our overpriced, basic comfort; the child will perhaps sleep in the beautiful bathtub.

Our flight home wasn’t until 7.30pm so we asked for a slightly later check out but they wanted to charge us in excess of £230 for 3 hours and unwilling to give us even one hour extra to check out.
