The hotel is very clean, the employees are friendly, breakfast and dinner were very nice, we stayed as a family, we had a spa, we were very satisfied, it was the most normal hotel I have ever stayed in, thank you

Unfortunately the room is very poorly insulated, balcony door and window, and from 6:00 AM too much noise, really disturbing, impossible to sleep!

Constant noise - we were not notified that renovations would be ongoing, only that the kids pool was completed, which it wasn't, that was also closed for the last two days and we had two 4 year old's with us so needed that.

Also, the pool was being repaired while we were there which didn’t allow for pool use which was huge negative because the beach was not swimmable any day.
