The beautiful lady at the front upgraded us to a superior room for an extra $10 but still, yes, it was a Large room but we couldn't stay there because the shower and the water out the tap was straight up Seawater with black sand mixed in it.

We have stayed at Melasti for the past 20 plus years and found the place very accomadating the staff are very friendly & welcoming location is great can’t wait to go back there as we do 3 trips in 12 months and love it every time.

Oh gosh the place is so run down, I changed room 4 time's, faulty plumbing, toilet not working, dirty bathrooms, its a shame because the location is awesome and its not the staff fault, I would say management or owners.

Terrible, we got 4 rooms 3 we’re disgusting, bathrooms were so run down, smelt like sewage, air cons weren’t cold, mozzys delux, we left 4 days early and booking.com gave us a quarter of the wasted money back.

Didn’t like the work being carried out around one of the pools, from 7.30 am to 10pm they don’t give a dam about the people staying there, have to walk over mud & rubble to get in and out if your room, room door hard to lock.

The only problem I had is the building is kinda outdated, the room feels kinda damp, the TV is not working properly, the toilets are barely running anymore, the showers are a bit broken, and I don't know why, but when I tried the pool my body had an itchy feels, but it might be just me.
