Great place, excellent location, impeccable staff services hospitality wise, special shout out to Agung and Nila at the front bar, would definitely stay again, Premier room 's like studio apartment without the excy price tag

Reported to reception that my room has intermittent cold showers and an ant problem, nothing was done, paid more for a balcony room and got put right on road with the extreme traffic noise it's impossible to sleep.
