The hospitality is lacking when dealing with local people, I asked at the receptionist and they just threw things at me, so I immediately turned around and looked for another one.

Bungalow cottages bathroom glass panel needs cleaning, buffet breakfast very good but same thing every day, needs a change every couple of days, maybe put dim sum/wontons on offer, like other hotels do, only a suggestion..!

Place is Great, food was genuienly amazing and Service was spectacular especially with a gentleman named Derisma, he was super friendly and accomidating about everything and kept up with us about how everything was going.

language barrier was bit difficult with staff, we had an expensive garden villa but there was no table to have room service food at when we were tired away from the noise and bugs.

The cushions on the outdoor loungers were quite worn, and the Velcro fasteners on the back had completely failed, so the cushions often slipped down when we used them.
