The water was too cold and when I brought this up they assured me that it was working fine, but the shower at the pool was much warmer than what I was getting in my room.

Nightmare, i caught the one of the house keeping member stealing my momey in my own bed room, i asked to talk to the owner but they refused because they fear loosing their jobs from the reception to security they are all complice protecting him.
