When I initially requested a late check-out, the staff member told me “I don’t know, I just work for the manager and I don’t deal with these things.” This response was unprofessional and unacceptable.

the location is amazing 1 minute from the main beach in canggu wich is so handy - pool and facilities were all really good and the hotel was quite quiet wich we enjoyed

The bathroom sink was not clean, and the sink drain was blocked water takes a long time to drain, and same with shower drain !
