I informed them more than 1 month in advance that I would like to find an agreement to cancel and get a refund, and they completely refused, in a very unfriendly way.

Staff was very friendly and inviting, rooms were clean, a guard was present to keep an eye out at night and AC cooled the dorm to a pleasant temperature.

It’s a hostel in a great location in Canggu, clean, with a nice pool and not at all noisy (which is important because there’s a lot of motorbike traffic).
