The moment we entered the lobby, the staff were ironing bed sheets right there, which felt quite awkward and unprofessional — unfortunately, this was only the beginning.

yes they were facing hard times during pandemic in 2020 but recently work on revamping the rooms by repainting and deep clean every corner, changes new batch of towel etc.

Happy to be able to stay here, besides that, for the room service, I tried the fried rice, it was delicious, 👍👍 the swimming pool is also spacious and clean and the room is also comfortable.

Bathroom lights need upgrading as they are too dim for the bathrooms, shower heads and arm roses are calcified and broken with the shower head needle sprays not all functioning.

the room was ok but we expirience some bed bugs because the whole night oir legs are very itchy and in the morning redness and still itchy.the breakfast is good but when my partner ask for milk on his coffee they say they have a charge for the milk.staff are ok
