The reception staff were apologetic but unable to do anything other than advise that my other option was to walk down the road and around the corner, approx 500m away, and book the Grab or Gojek there.

Our room had light fitting falling from wall and sliding patio doors that did not lock in middle and blew in 18 inches at bottom as only top hung.
