A very extraordinarily spacious place with clean pools, a clean, safe, comfortable, peaceful environment, and also very excellent service that is truly commendable, as well as polite service and the food here is also delicious and there are so many plants and it's very shady so it's not hot.

The receptionist staff is not friendly, too arrogant and has a lot of drama, the service is very bad, from the beginning of coming and leaving there is no greeting, instead they turn their backs on me.

The room I stayed in on the first day was clean, spacious, and nice, but the room I am currently staying in is quite old, and there is a strong smell of burning vinyl or plastic throughout my stay, possibly because there is an incinerator nearby.

the room and amenities are ok,standard for the hotel,the price also quite fair,the location is not in tourist hotspot but still driveable from sanur.they have hot water,the aircond is cold,the breakfast is ok,they have nice pool but actually i think they need to manage the cleanliness of the pool
