To my dismay, i was told during checkin that the sea-view rooms i had booked were double (king) bed option and eventually had to settle for one king bed and one twin bed room, as they were the only adjacent and interconnected option available.

Bathroom has two entrances one is having door and other is not having door so if someone has to use shower one has to remove clothes and to go down for shower as it is two steps below the floor level.

They say they take utmost care but then what explains me having a severe stomach infection with more the 20 episodes of loose stools and my wife having vomiting nausea and loose stools jeopardising our entire stay .

The first day we had not the best experience, with dirty room, dangerously wobbly ceiling fan, plugged drain in the bathroom, quite dirty plunge pool, and pool deck in a quite a hazardous state, missing towels, room service bringing wrong orders etc.
