The hotel check-in staff at 1:00pm was very nice humble and very friendly I forgot to ask her name but she was definitely a gem .Overall the hotel was decent specially the front desk lady she was up to mark.

Staff were helpful and accommodated by request to stay in the same room when I extended for another night, room was cleaned daily, and is right in front of Bus Stop 8 and 11.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the location was very convenient, across the street from the tram and bus station and just a few minutes from the train.

Good hotel to stay in Trastevere, the rooms are comfortable, it's a bit far walking from the tourist part of Trastevere but it's only a 10 minute walk from the Trastevere train station.

The staff were friendly and courteous, making us feel right at home; the rooms were clean and very spacious; the location is absolutely strategic, being close to the train station and bus stop.
