It's hard to spot from Via Nazionale, but the street number reveals it's one of many hotels in the same building, located on the fourth floor of a somewhat run-down building.

It's not a "hotel," it's more like a "hostel" or "hotel." They just rent one floor in an old, run-down building, partition off a few rooms, and start their business.

but the best comes the following morning: bathroom blocked (the plastic latch of a cheap door no longer worked after closing), I stayed there for an hour also because the receptionist called several times (because luckily I had my cell phone with me...) didn't understand Italian, I had to open it…
