Heating and air conditioningcomplaints rising: 3.0 in 100 a year ago, 4.4 now8 of 1921 in 24 reviews

It was not possible to control the room temperature and the room was often quite warm, especially at night when we were trying to sleep.

The only downside, though not for me as I'm sensitive to the cold, is the slightly excessive heating.
