The only problem we had was with the water heater that didn't last long with hot water (maybe shared with other rooms, not sure), so some of us had to take cold shower at night (luckily it was hot outside).

Overall good, but they need to correct several maintenance details; for example, the toilet was loose and they had to adjust it, and one of the toilet keys didn't work.
