The receptionist was very stubborn and rude and fixated that the system says we need to pay extra and disregarded all our proof on booking.com!

The rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, the only downside was that the cleaning ladies started cleaning early, making quite a lot of noise in the morning at 8-9.

The building is a bit old like almost all buildings in the center of Rome and as a family we went to the fourth floor where we wanted two elevators but there was no problem

Do not go to this hotel ever, bad experience, very dirty and old-fashioned rooms, things disappeared from my suitcase and the answer of them that do not take care of the loss of what happens in the room, it is the worst hotel I have gone in years

I got a room on the fourth floor, the Wi-Fi is terrible, and on the first day (supposedly due to a water pump replacement) there was no hot water.
