Classic hotel with magnificient rooms, a superb courtyard/garden to take an aperitif and polite staff; every time we come to Rome, we are please that such a classic hotel still exists despite the hordes of tourists running through Rome

The majority of staff were lovely and very helpful, we did come across one that did not help us, but by the morning with new staff that was rectified right away.

The beds are HORRIBLE, hard as a rock and didn’t sleep at all.on top of that it’s very noisy and the lady at the front desk was very offended when I checked out a day early.
