Was given a room across the road it’s was very basic but the bed was comfy, shower had hot water but the room was cold, no heating and couldn’t use the aircon to have heat as the dial had been removed…

The photos on Booking.com are very different from reality (they put you up in their facilities and there were problems with the shower, the toilet was faulty, and there's a restaurant downstairs that played very loud music until midnight).

The room was super noisy, there was no hot water, room was dirty (walls, curtains), power inlet was hanging out of the wall, the fire alarm activated 7 in the morning (without a fire!) and nobody switched it off for more than 25 minutes, there were no doors in the room, so we couldn’t separate…
