Finally, before booking I was told that a discount would be applied, but when it came time to pay, the full amount was requested despite the earlier communication from reception.

Also, the staff does not allow you to check in before 17:00, a really uncomfortable time especially for those arriving from another region after a long journey and need to settle in earlier.
