I recommend the hotel, it's not top-notch but really good conditions, varied breakfasts, not just croissants and coffee like in Italy ;) this was my condition for choosing the hotel, besides the metro is close to the hotel, helpful and nice staff, we will definitely come back :)

The room was good but one day before our check out the cleaning staff didn’t even cleaned the room and the receptionist was just saying “I don’t know” when I asked him questions to try to understand to what happened.

Not really good location and some of the hotel staff are very rude and don't even respond to your questions just keep telling me different things and the ac didn't even work and took the key from the room during my time out for walking and it's was very hot and the bed was awful and broken spring…

The sore notes concern the rooms, dust in the sheets, rust in the metal parts of the bathrooms, broken and peeling tiles, air conditioning entrusted to a teemoconvector that at most moves some air, half-destroyed mosquito nets.

4 stars far below the average dated structure and to be reviewed, courteous staff, shame about the room with the destroyed mosquito net but in particular the bathroom where the shower box has rust and mold, the toilet paper holder is practically unraveled and the inner frame of the prune detached.

I booked a Deluxe room that was listed at a higher price point, but it turned out to be a very simple room, just a little larger, with many structural defects, especially in the bathroom, such as the "makeshift" and faulty faucets.
