If we had to find a drawback, it would be the lack of a water dispenser, the absence of streaming services like Netflix and YouTube on the TV, and slightly weak water pressure in the bathroom.

but beware their old big gym Cascade club was closed at May already, but agoda & booking.com haven't delete the old gym house pics, their new gym room is very small, if you are a gym rat, you have to consider this new gym facility satisfy you or not.

We were charged extra for a bed for my son which would have been fine but they placed it next to something very noisy that keep coming on every 20 mins so I had to switch beds with him and didn't get any sleep that night

Even though the swimming pool was under temporary renovation, the concierge team, especially Mr Navee Rattanamongkol, arranged free transportation for me very efficiently all the time to a nearby swimming pool of Sommerset hotel of the same group.
