We had a fantastic experience at the Akara Hotel Bangkok, rooms were beautiful and very clean, the staff were extremely kind and accommodating (particularly Ray and Wanna!) - the pool is really well kept and refreshing I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting Bangkok

The only area that could be improved is the toilet flush, as the water seemed to drain slowly at times, almost like it was slightly clogged.

The room was old, the electrical connections were bad, and the bathroom had no separation between the shower and toilet, so the drain went towards the toilet, which was ridiculous!
